So this last week, I started prepping my meals for work, the night before! At first it seems like a big hassle to come home at 9pm, only to do more stuff. Once you get the hang of it, and kind of have an idea of what will keep you going thru the day, it gets easier! So because I normally work 10-12 hr. days, and workout before work, I need all of my meals and snacks :). I'm working on incorporating more protein, because that's something I'm definitely lacking! But here's a glimpse into my normal day lately :)
