Fun New Recipes

Today we started out with a healthy breakfast!

In a juicer we put:
2 carrots
1 Clementine
1 apple
1/4 beet
1/4 lemon
So delicious and looked like a sunset :)
We also had these amazing little breakfast bowls!
1/2 c chobani coconut yogurt
Blueberries
Strawberries
Bear Naked coconut vanilla granola

After our workout we stopped at Thrive, who makes some delicious herbalife smoothies!!
Our workout today? 20 minute run, 10 min bike, pull-ups, lat pulldowns, incline chest press and abs. Felt good!!
