So today was an early morning, 5:15am workout!! We did 10 minutes each of the stairclimber, elliptical and rowing machine. After that we did abs, back extensions, tricep dips, tricep pulldowns, and the chopping row!
On a funny side note: I totally busted my water bottle! Dropped it right on the corner of the bottle bottom, and it cracked a giant hole, sending a gush of water across the floor. :P One of my fav water bottles too! Oh well, good excuse to buy a new one!;) Have a happy day!:)
