New juice!

I tried a new juice recipe today, just throwing things in that I had in my fridge :) It's pretty tasty I feel!

The recipe is:
  5 stalks kale 
  Handful spinach 
  1/2 cucumber
  1/2 lemon
  1 apple
  1/4 beet

Our workout today:

30 minute run/walk on the treadmill.
Then we did this little cardio abs mix from the instagram account @cardioexercises
